Swedish Massage

A whole body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to restore health. Using fluid strokes towards the heart, and gentle vibrations, you're sure to feel an increase in circulation and a sense of revitalized tranquility.

Myofascial Release

Release the restrictions and unwind. Fascia is the web of tissue that wraps the entire body and every fiber of every muscle. Using gentle and sustained pressure, we will work to unwind chronic pain and restore motion.

Deep Tissue Massage

Slow deep strokes, and firmer pressure allowing us to work into the deeper layers of tissue. We'll search for the problem areas and adjust them to relieve pain and restore balance.

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Therapist and Client work together using specific lengthening techniques to increase mobility and flexibility. This allows you to relax into a deeper stretch both safely and effectively.
